Cấu tạo của trần thạch cao chìm:
– Thanh chính là một thanh chịu lực được treo ở trên trần với các cụm tăng đơ và ty treo.
– Thanh phụ liên kết cùng với thanh chính, tiếp xúc với tấm trần trực tiếp.
– Thanh viên: thanh liên kết giữa tường hay vách cùng với thanh chính và thanh phụ.

– Tấm thạch cao là tấm trần được liên kết với thanh phụ, thanh chính, thanh viên để phủ hệ thanh xương tạo nên bề mặt trần.
– Các phụ kiện: để liên kết thanh, tấm thạch cao lại với nhau nhằm tạo ra hệ trần thạch cao chìm một cách hoàn chỉnh.
Cách làm trần thạch cao chìm tối ưu, hiệu quả và đúng kỹ thuật: Sau khi bạn đã hoàn thiện xong phần trần và phần mái, cần chuẩn bị vật liệu sẵn và tiến hành thi công theo những bước dưới đây:
1. Xác định về độ cao của trần
– Sử dụng tia laser hay ống nước Nivo để xác định được chiều cao của trần
– Đánh dấu vị trí mặt bằng trần ở trên cột hay vách, thông thường chọn vách cao độ tại mặt dưới khung trần.
2. Cố định các thanh viền tường

Bạn dùng khoan, búa đóng đinh cố định các thanh viền tường trên tường. Và các lỗ định cách nhanh 1 khoảng nhỏ hơn 30cm nhằm đảm bảo được độ vững chắc.
3. Phân chia khoảng trần
Phân chia mặt trần với những khoảng cách phù hợp với khoảng cách tâm điểm thanh chính so với các thanh phụ 800mm x 900mm
4. Treo TY
Bạn cố định điểm treo Ty bằng khoan trực tiếp với mũi khoan 8mm, liên kết bởi tắc Kê và Pát. Phân bố về khoảng cách giữa các ty là 1200mm và ty gần nhất cách vách 610mm.
5. Lắp thanh chính
Các thanh chính lắp đặt với khoảng cách 800 – 1200mm. Các nhà kỹ thuật theo chuẩn là 1000mm.
6. Lắp thanh phụ
Lắp đặt thanh phụ và thanh chính trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp. Sau khi được lắp đặt xong thanh xem rồi chỉnh sửa làm cho khung có vị trí ngay ngắn, đều nhau và mặt khung phẳng.
7. Lắp ghép tấm trần thạch cao
Lắp tấm thạch cao thứ 1:
– Kiểm tra tấm có nguyên vẹn hay không.
– Vít chặt tấm bằng vít sao cho khoảng cách giữa các vít không lớn hơn 20mm.
– Lắp đặt sao cho chiều dài của tấm thạch cao và thanh phụ vuông góc với nhau.
Lắp tấm thạch cao thứ 2:
– Lắp đặt tấm thứ 2 phải bắt lệch với thanh phụ và chú ý để chừa khe hở nhỏ.
8. Xử lý bột trít phủ kín các mối nối
Mối nối giữa tấm, đầu vít cần được phủ kín bằng bột bả. Đảm bảo khi phủ bề mặt với bột bả cần phải phẳng để tránh các gợn sóng. Lúc sơn bả thì giữa các tấm cần dán băng keo lưới bề mặt để tránh bong nứt. Giai đoạn cuối cùng là sử dụng cưa xử lý cắt viền trần. Như vậy, quy trình thi công làm trần thạch cao được hoàn thiện,
