Bẫy hơi dạng phao là gì?
Bẫy hơi (Steam Trap) là dòng sản phẩm sử dụng lắp đặt cho các hệ thống hơi nóng, khí giúp phân tách lượng nước trong hệ thống hơi và ngưng tụ nó xuống sau đó loại bỏ khỏi hệ thống hơi. Giúp hệ thống hơi đạt độ khô ráo cao nhất.
Bẫy hơi dạng phao có thiết kế dạng bóng phao hoặc cốc phao. Sản phẩm có cấu tạo từ vật liệu gang dẻo bao gồm 2 chu kì hoạt động: bẫy hơi không cho hơi nước thất thoát ra ngoài gọi là chu kỳ đóng và bẫy hơi xả nước ngưng ra ngoài gọi là chu kỳ mở.

Ưu nhược điểm của bẫy hơi dạng phao
Mỗi loại bẫy hơi phao được thiết kế sẽ có những ưu điểm khác nhau, tuy nhiên tất cả đều đáp ứng một cách tốt nhất, phù hợp với nhu cầu của người sử dụng.
Ưu điểm
- Có khả năng thoát nước liên tục tại nhiệt độ hơi.
- Tốc độ truyền nhiệt cao, không thất thoát nhiệt độ hệ trong quá trình vận hành.
- Có thể điều chỉnh lượng nước ngưng nhiều hay ít tốt mà không ảnh hưởng đến sự dao động của áp suất hoặc tốc độ dòng chảy.
- Chỉ cần có lỗ thông hơi tự động thì bẫy hơi có thể thoát khí dễ dàng, hiệu quả.
- Lưu lượng xả lớn trong khi kích thước van tương đối nhỏ.
- Van có khả năng chịu được hiện tượng búa nước.
Nhược điểm
- Độ nhạy của bẫy hơi kém hơn so với dạng thùng ngược.
- Lượng xả khí chậm bởi kích thước của lỗ thông hơi nhỏ.
- Bẫy hơi dễ bị hư hại khi sử dụng cho môi trường âm độ.
